Jane confirmed with Tom Yamamoto (hula guy) he can make our 8/2 meeting so the meeting is set for Thursday, Aug 2, from 7pm - 9pm-ish.
No food this time, so eat dinner before, or brown bag it.

Agenda/Topics/Reminders:

1. Have your meshiai info ready
(name, name in Japanese, HUOA club, title, phone, cell, email)
2. Have your greeting rehearsed and ready (see below)
3. Tom Yamamoto will teach us the hula/song.
4. Those who still haven't turned in essay/photo, please turn in ASAP.
5. HUOA Immediate Past President Laverne Higa-Nance will grace us with her presence and has cultural materials to give out, including Okinawan music CD a DVD, and reading material.

Future hula practices will be determined by y'all and Tom on Aug. 2nd.

The following meeting will be a combined session with the Study Tour group so Jane needs to coordinate with them. Will let you folks know.
